Step #1 – Is Money already being spent in this niche?

It’s important that money is already being spent. I say: Put your product in front of the tidal wave of money That is already being spent online. There is no need inventing some market or creating some giant, eBay type site or service. First, keep it simple and provide a product to a hungry market where money is already being spent.

I check to see if money is already being spent. Is there Adwords for the specific keywords for this niche? If so, then there is probably money already being spent. I’ll check all the PPC avenues and see if there are ads on Yahoo, Google, Lycos, MSN, etc. If you don’t see Adwords ads running for the main keywords and phrases in this niche then it likely is not a good niche. Also if you don’t find products selling on Clickbank for this niche then it’s likely it’s not a good niche.

If you KNOW that your market already spends money on products and services then all you have to do is locate the buyers and expose them to your sales message.

Here are a few topics that will always have people queuing up for your product if you position it correctly: -

-Achieving financial independence (make money products)

- Achieving optimum physical and mental health – Successful marriage and career

- Saving money and time – Improving a hobby or passion

- Achieving an appealing body or style

- Avoiding debt and bankruptcy

- Avoiding divorce

So next time you choose your next niche to attack, make sure your target market are ALREADY buying products and services online.
